      No pros at all, I would say a cool office but it is not something you want to go for considering all the Cons

      Pretty much everything. Poor management. They let people go without any notice. They treat people pretty bad.

      Great CEO, a lot of opportunities to try new things and grow, and a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      It's a pretty loose management structure so you need to be comfortable managing yourself at times (setting goals and tasks). Works for me.
