      - Great people, the staff are the top talent from all over the globe. - Everyone is kind and fun and dedicated to the mission. - Powerful and well-known company in the industry. - Fun place to work in a great industry

      Cons

      - Despite having over 1000 employees, you will still manage to wear many hats despite the tasks not being directly in your JD. - Pay structure has changed since joining. No clarity with raises, internal promotions. etc. All while seeing huge expenses being made on questionable projects. - Can become a bit chaotic and pull in many directions at once during stressful periods of the year. - Likely to burn you out a bit with it's time intensive requirements. - Not the best work life balance.
