      - Great management - Well coordinated multifunctional team - Proficient preparation for the job, they thoroughly guide you to become an adept member of the team - Many learning experiences - Work is credited appropriately - Direct communication with upper management, although the team is getting larger - Opportunities to travel and make great connections - Management is keen on pointing out mistakes but not in a reprimanding manner - Everyone is lax and amicable

      Cons

      - Some late night work (not very often), as customers may be in a different time zone - Opportunity to work at home can cause you to become “out-of-sync” but this can be averted by keeping up with all emails, calls, meetings, and coming into the office frequently

      Pros

      Many people I worked with are dedicated, talented, and knowledgeable in their field. Unfortunately, the workplace culture often relies heavily on their efforts without providing adequate support or recognition.

      Cons

      The organization would benefit from stronger communication practices and more stable leadership. Employees frequently experienced uncertainty and stress due to inconsistent and often erratic decision making from senior leadership, starting with the CEO, HR leadership often chooses to reinforce or outright enable ineffective management practices.

      Cons

      The CEO and leadership are absolutely awful. Toxic environment. Whiplash decision making that prioritizes “speed” but results in awful work product and more slowness.
