Excellent platform for learning. Great exposure on latest technologies and processes. Very well defined hierarchy and great leadership. Great Mentor-ship programs for youngsters to learn and enhance the skills both professionally and personally. Excellent platform for fresh graduates to learn with senior experienced peers and management. Senior Management is always supportive of innovative ideas and out-of-box thinking.

Cons

More fun practices/exercises, team outings to be planned.

Its not Working @Xtream-IT but its Learning

Can work from any where. New technologies to learn with out any help of Experienced.

Cons

Some times we need to work even on weekends for which we wont get paid ! Heavy work comes all of a sudden and need to finish that very short period of time.
