Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately we have to let go of our bottom 10% as our new CEO believes in constantly improving the people we have. Its never a pleasant experience for the employees or the employers, however they were given more than sufficient time to step up and show results. We have a very diverse culture with employees from different backgrounds.

Small company which means you don't operate in silos and there is exposure to a wide variety of different projects and technologies, which means everyday throws up new challenges which is a great learning experience and keeps things interesting. We get to work with cutting edge technologies which is a lot of dun

Cons

Sometimes it can be confusing when priorities change to often on a regular basis. Whilst it can keep things fresh it can also be a little confusing.
