I don't see any pros except the poeple out there work with such as both Directors (Zia and Riyaz)

Cons

Unstructured or Non Matrix Work Environment. I call it unstructured because you don’t have a specific project or time block to guide your employees and help you decide what to work on.

Great culture, Excellent leadership team. Great team working experience

Cons

Sometimes working hours get lengthy and i think this is one of the biggest challenges of working for a small organisation.
