      Only freelance project working. There is no surety of your job. In One day also they'll terminate. Management is very worst.

      Without confirmation of project they will give joining, After joining they will terminate because no project.

      Pros

      Xtreamit is one of the very few consulting companies which runs with ethics and values. It understands and values, each and every employee in the organization. It promptly responds to all the immigration issues and helps in resolving them in a timely manner. It provides a good Healthcare plan for the employees. It has a good relation with all of its clients. All the paychecks were received within the schedule.

      Lesser client base, which in-turn makes lesser opportunities for employees.
