      The salary is good for the area

      Cons

      Hire you after they take over a contract from another company. Ask you to train new people hired that they are paying less salary for, and then once they are trained they fire you stating job performance. Never had a review or a complaint about job performance. Fire 1 employee a week that was brought on from previous company.

      There are no pros besides having a job

      Everything. The company first did not do a good job screen for my job. They asked me various questions about my personality and one semi technical question related to if I knew the material. A simple Yes satisfied them. The company also tells employees that they should NOT file for unemployment because the company will deny them although they are not stupid enough to write it down but will advise you orally. This practice really leads to hate this company due to their "Dirty" tactics. If I did not hear it with my own hears I would not have believed it.

      Pros

      great pay, management is awesome at the contract in San Antonio, Company takes employees out for lunch once a year to get to know us, company has great dental insurance, Project Manager is very straight forward he does not beat around the bush when it comes to pay hes straight out.

      Cons

      Health insurance could be better, for an IA position should be paying 105k/year at the very minimum. But 70k/year starting was not a bad deal
