      Pros

      great pay, management is awesome at the contract in San Antonio, Company takes employees out for lunch once a year to get to know us, company has great dental insurance, Project Manager is very straight forward he does not beat around the bush when it comes to pay hes straight out.

      Cons

      Health insurance could be better, for an IA position should be paying 105k/year at the very minimum. But 70k/year starting was not a bad deal

      Pros

      They pay their employees fairly. They treat employees well when the employees are performing as they should. They do not tolerate persons who don't work well with the customers, or who do not show up to work as they should.

      Cons

      Company did not give bonuses or raises this year to the non management staff due to potential issues from the sequester/furloughs.
