Pros

Management and administration are very classy. Sometimes generous. Always fair. Company pays large portion of health insurance cost. They really care about their employees.

Cons

Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of turnover in key administrative positions at main office. Insurance costs risen at an alarming rate but its not the company's fault.
