Poor organisation - rejected all potential candidates after wasting 10 weeks of time - had to chase continuously and then rejected after setting up a too many meetings/ interviews. Make poor excuses and give a false sense of security that you are a viable candidate.

Horrendous management!!! If you don't have a degree you mean absolutely nothing to them. Highest paid production staff are the most incompetent, they have simply refused to let people go that clearly do the absolute minimum. If you want to milk the company for overtime and care about nothing else this is the place to be...
