The company is made up of many engineers many years past their prime. Felt like I was working at a software shop from the 80s. We modeled things in UML.

Good Company - Career Paths could be improved.

It is a good company after all, including work-life balance and competitive benefits.

Cons

Even though it is a multinational with a lot of career opportunities, those pathways are not clear and there's no much involvement from HR to help you develop your career.
