      The products at xylem have been proven over the years as reliable and perform as expected. The engineering department is great at maintaining the work life balance

      Cons

      The management is very detached from the product, and keep pushing for new products to be released before they have been vetted. The legacy products are very well designed and set up, but new products have been experiencing issues related to unfinished designs and system set up
