      Very nice working culture Good employee retention policies Nice management approach towards employees Fair compensations Work life balance is also very good.

      Cons

      The technology centers are mainly used as the helping hands to various growth centers across the globe and hence the direct ownership of the projects is a major missing. All the departments here are working for global teams and have no authority on the work they do and do not have direct exposures either.
