Pros

Very flexible. Empowerment given. Friendly environment

Cons

Sadly, frequent changes to decision and way of doing things. Rather political. Everyone fights for his own benefit instead of the good food company.

Business Outlook

Pros

Extensive product portfolio - something new each day Challenging, engaging work with real responsibility Many functions of the business, good opportunities to change roles

Cons

Extensive product portfolio, little support for anything other than the most core products. Leading to isolated specialists in different products. Many functions of the business, more steps to be taken to achieve actions. Constantly taking on work beyond the capability/capacity of the team.
