      Pros

      Nice company with good management. But that may identify better leaders who have experience in people management too. Company culture was very nice interns of work style but HR are not supportive. Next 20 years project pipeline forecasted and inline with execution.

      management leaders and HR are not supportive. Less importance for experienced person and supportive for person who is personally connected
