      Pros

      Xylem has good brand name in USA and Europe. They have a unique products in Water & Pump segment and its a quite profitable business.

      Cons

      Xylem India is not at all a good company to work for long term career perspective due to poor management. They do not have a competitive leader for India business and most of leader are selfish for earning money from USA.

      Decent working conditions, industry standard compensation and benefits. Good products.

      Cons

      Senior management seemingly have achieved their lofty positions without making important decisions, a policy which they seemed absolutely determined to continue. Awash with brown nosing, spineless politicians and devoid of structured policy makers and decisive leaders.
