Pros

If you're a high performer and are able to keep your head above the water at all times, there are several opportunities available for internal movement and advancement.

Cons

There is constant restructuring within the company, largely aimed at improving short-term profitability for shareholders, often at the expense of capable and committed employees. While focusing on the bottom line is understandable, mass layoffs with same-day exits and no notice period are not the only or most effective way to achieve this. In the short term, the numbers may look strong. However, over the next two to three years, the ongoing talent drain and reduced operational capacity risk leaving too few people to execute projects, fulfill orders, and properly support customers.
