Competitive Salary, Good Benefits, Must have specialist role if not you will be a generalist and do just about everything except take the trash out.

Cons

Huge internal management issues. Always rush to make changes but zero planning involved. No long term strategy, high turnover. Very few job specialist roles available. Every position is a generalist role. Outside Director.

Cons

Too many competing initiatives, not aligned within bloated corporate level. (How many directors are there?) Corporate initiatives and standards disconnected from front line reality (lack of flexibility). Management bogged down in reporting, metrics, meetings, and templates.
