Basic salary is good. Work-life-Balance

Cons

There is no bonus. Basic salary is ok. But there is no additional company pension scheme. Or coffee/canteen which is really covered. No participation in childcare or transport costs etc. Senior management receive bonuses, profit sharing, company car, pension insurance etc.
