      It's a solid company with very experience personnel. The benefits are good including dental. There is also work life balance and opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Hybrid work. Training needs to be improved.

      - Can work basically anywhere - Many positions available - Lateral and vertical movement opportunities

      Cons

      - Pay scale is lower than expected for level of responsibilities - No incentive for employees to cut costs or bring in more business (ie. equity bonus or commissions) - Company may have grown too large with recent acquisitions, Not prepared for larger personnel number
