      - Resources to interact with employees from different parts in the world

      Cons

      - Toxic politics. - Too old school - Everyone works in isolation. Managers stay in their closed rooms and everyone on their desks with no communication. - They promote sharing feedback and transparency but the moment you share ways to enhance the workplace, they lay you off without warning. - No vision. Hiring and firing is a routine.
