      Pros

      I don't see any as of now.

      Cons

      -They initiate project but due to mismanagement project got scraped many time. -Beware of Singapore team/project, there is no process, proper allocation, management, recognition..etc. -Still this org doesn't have proper HRMS portal, they depend on postal letter for reimbursement and finance works. - Every month I see miscalculation in my pay slip. - People are in chaos, everybody is leaving here - Top management team also started leaving. -Lack of leadership -Even though they call it Product company but they totally operate like service provider to Growth Center(GC), which is there internal customer.

      - It will stretch you and probably help you grow on the personal level. - If you standout, your hard work will be acknowledged by top management. - Pay is not bad.

      Cons

      Xylem seems to be a messy organisation, poor structure and people management. They easily fire & hire people so don't expect to find stability or job security. Stressful/toxic work environment. No work life balance
