      Pros

      great work life balance good people around Good managers in Bangalore. they go out of their way to help employees. pay is good if ppl can negotiate.

      Cons

      Higher Management does not care about employees, They sit in Vadodara and dont know what's happening in Bangalore. HR does not listen. Finance team does not respond properly( we get our salaries in time though).
