      Products and services can make an impact to the communities it services. A global footprint with opportunity to continue to grow the business.

      Cons

      unfortunately there is too much silo thinking within the businesses, there are functions that struggle to collaborate outside of their area of responsibility and little alignment on deliverables. there's significant amount of promotion to grow as a professional within the function or in another function but the reality is that you are stuck in your function. Hidden agendas from team managers.
