Pros

Maybe a foot into the industry? I'm struggling here....

Cons

-Very poor wages and benefits. You could make more by moving boxes at UPS. -Managers are clueless on managing. Absolutely zero interpersonal skills. -President mocks employees who have an accent and has some outlandish theories. He's notoriously hard to work with. -No leadership. No vision. -Weak HR. No performance reviews. Payroll constantly making mistakes that more often end up shorting on pay. -Small raises -Very little, or no room for career growth. -Repetitious/boring work -Lot's of nepotism This is a small time company that just needs human muscle to carry equipment for as little pay as possible. They don't seem to care about talent, growth, innovation, leadership, etc. I advise looking elsewhere, but if you come here, take in as much as you can (quite limited), and always be on the look out for a better opportunity.
