      Good working atmosphere,job stability & handsome pay scale.In addition 5 days working with training & project trip to abroad.Best company to start.

      Cons

      Not so good beyond 5 years.There is lesser scope to grow.Employee valuation doesn't increase with time.More politics from top level doesn't allow the junior to move forward.
