Pros

Company is good as it is MNC culture. Salary Standards are as per market standard , also On time even during pandemic. No personal attacks.

Cons

Your immediate team members/ managers impact your day to day mental peace. Frequent strategy shifts in my division (Treatment) led to demotivation and chaos. Several of good team members left due to the same.

Great product portfolio, Global policies for employees are fantastic, salary on time

Cons

Treatment division filled with demotivating and demoralising leaders and managers. No processes and emphasis on training. Bad apples in management positions screwing up the organisation.
