-Toxic work environment. -Senior management cares more about money and their public image than they do the employees. -Talked a lot about safety first, however, the rubber never met the road. -Mentality of the owners is "if they don't like it, we'll just take them to court." -Internal career pathing did not exist in the corporate office. -Lacks diversity in senior leadership. -Would not recommend working in the corporate office unless major changes are made.
