      Pros

      Love the four day work week (10 hour work days). Hybrid teleworking available in some departments. Good health insurance and retirement.

      Cons

      PTO accrual is very slow for exempt employees. Certain parts of the site can be very misogynistic. Like any government site, levels of red tape and resistance to change.
