Pros

There are few teams that work. Management don't dare to push too much on personal lives.

Cons

Many teams are inefficient and no communicating with each other. Operations and HR departments are in complete disarray, they fire people every other month, especially if there is someone overshadowing management.

Strong product, poor employee welfare

Pros

Product is strong and used by well-known companies. There are some really helpful colleagues that you can learn from and help you grow. Flexibility to work from home as long as you get the work done.

Cons

Employees work hard for the company but when it comes to giving salary increase, you can forget about it. Unrealistic grading system and many set KPIs and you will get penalized if you do not fulfill all KPIs. Too much emphasis on cutting cost that employees leave and not hiring replacement.

Pros

A very open environment, you can (and should) really speak your mind here, both to peers and managers (but be prepared to listen and accept open feedback as well). Offices great as well, with all sorts of perks. Very forward-looking management. Quite some progressive ideas. Great atmosphere, interesting products. Family friendly, too.

Cons

Dedication and smarts required. Not everybody appreciates the grading system (fixed percentage of A performers and C performers, most are B). Always in need of more people.
