Pros

First of all as long as I have been there we are changing all the time and our suggestions and comments are always listened to. Bought two different houses love the outdoors, hours of operation never had a problem with the insurance and they have changed insurance companies a lot The employee does not pay hardly anything for monthly premiums. There is over time available but not mandatory so it is not held against you. Because they are aware and care about daycare issues and family time.at this moment they

Cons

At this moment they are working on it. More people are working part time so they can go to school etc.We are working on a more standardized procedure of training etc.I have seen a lot of improvements so we will keep forging ahead.

Pros

Monday through Friday is the only pro cuz their benefits suck. They continue taking things away like 15 minute breaks and paid lunch so now you only get paid for 7.5 hours a day.

Cons

The wage structure that they go by is horrible. Just another way for them to save money and screw the employee! I was there on and off for 30 years and they fired me for something they can't even prove.
