They hire people without having project . After 3- 4 month HR conducts discussion meetings where employees are asked to resign during screen-sharing calls, without providing room for discussion. they have only 2-3 client like TCI , Trenity . if you have less then 5 year don't join this company as most client want above 5 year and you should know full stack . They don't follow Corporate ethics If you are backend developer they will force you too do front end also. In offer letter they have mentioned hybrid but once you joined you have to come office 5 day and have to complete 45 hours. lots of micro management . Don't have good canteen
