1. Good salary 2. Flexible Timings 3. Helpful HR 4. Nice hike (if you stay back ) 5. All type of festivals/ events are celebrated

Cons

1. Lot of Paper Work involved 2. Working process of HR Management is a bit slow as everything is routed to the head quarters(Indore) and then comes back to the desired base location. 3. Appraisal process is smart for the company but not for the employees. For eg .. One gets appraised in month of July but gets letter in October and arrears after that and if some one leaves in September won't get the appraisal letter and the arrears
