this is a institute i would say, they give training only but don't hope for any projects

Cons

they will give you projects if you are a tester (manual or automation). if you are fresher then there is no point to stay in that company beacuse you will never know when they will fire you from the company because they hire and fire candidates very quickly within 6 months of joining so be careful if you are fresher

Worst company to work with. I joined as a fresher. There are no projects. You will never gain any practical knowledge and then they will kick you out of the company as and when they wish. Too much politics. Poor management.
