      Great Atmosphere with super a very organized store. Company really invest in training its associates. Free food on the weekends and every once in a while will get food on Fridays . I’m happy to sell such a magnificent machine BMW.

      Cons

      No food Monday through Friday only the weekends lol. Hate working Bells (all day). It’s part of the show no biggie.

      You can count on them no to love up to what they promise.

      Cons

      Formation states they pay for professional license and certification reimbursement (no stipulations on reimbursement listed on Vivian). I paid for 2 licenses, submitted a request for reimbursement and was denied by Formation! DO NOT WORK WITH FORMATION!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH FORMATION!!!!
