      It has been helpful for me to find career opportunities and compare the best work environments.

      Cons

      This is a scary place to be. You may initially have thought you had a sweet deal because you don’t have to leave. But in actuality, you can’t leave. You wouldn’t be able to adapt to a new work environment if you wanted to.
