Highly value integrity and professionalism. Takes care of the staffs like they are a family. System is organized and continuously reviewed for improvement. Goals are set in place so everyone knows their target.

Cons

Micro management style and a bit conservative. Business is unstable so pay and benefits are not competitive as compared with others in the same industry/ Demand of work is a bit much.
