The Japanese are very respectful and friendly.

Cons

The American management creates a toxic environment for its workforce. I have heard employees use terms like' under appreciated" and "slaves". The management retaliates and openly humiliates employees in front of their fellow workers.

Pay sucks and there's no set schedule. You come to work and don't know when you will go home. You may be scheduled for 8 and end up doing 12 without any notice
