The only limit on professional growth is yourself. Solid company with solid values. Still privately held company Room for growth and development if your willing to invest your time. Solid benefits.

Cons

Can be slow to react. Executive team has become less accessible over time. Across the board wage increases vs. Merit based. Wage scale needs to be update. Limited opportunities within the Branches
