Deep salary and benefits cuts, on top of cuts made a pay cut the paycheck before Christmas.

the biggest problem that i can see after only being their two years is the Union is more in-bed with management than the employees. the union doesn't seem to have any leadership in James P. Hoffa and it's quite evident that he only has is job because of name recognition. the Union recently held elections and there was no information readily available discerning the differences between the two candidates leading i believe less than 20% of tens of thousands to vote.
