Pros

Good benefits, mostly remote, noble mission

Cons

Disorganized with no strategy. Senior leadership at each others' throats at all times. Under-performers consistently rewarded. Incredibly problematic behaviors by senior leaders consistently overlooked. Lack of respect between senior leadership and middle management. Actively harms people of color, lgbtq folks, neurodiverse folks, and folks with disabilities through antiquated and hypocritical organization policies and corporate mindset.
