Pros

1. Very special co-workers who are dedicated and passionate about what they do. 2. Employees have pportunities to grow and learn as a person and as an employee.

Cons

1. The stress that comes from working with people who have concerns that impact their ability to function is always a challenge. It is good to be able to discuss situations with co-workers and supervisors. 2. Did the employees at the C Street location ever get an actual lunchroom? They may have since I left.
