Pros

The women who work there are inspiring. Training opportunities available, if you are not overwhelmed with the caseload. Direct contact with clients, provides an opportunity to see progress with women and children.

Cons

High turnover, because the caseload is way too much. Expectation to work over 50 hours a week, every week, with low pay. Management and other employees are given little work or lots of vacation, while others who have the most difficult jobs, are expected to constantly work. Little or no help to support employees.

A cronyistic board and executive leadership.

Pros

General staff is wonderful, programs are helping people and the community.

Cons

Passive aggressive executive leadership: Micromanagement and a lack of communication and organization, ineffective employee engagement, rapport and transparency.
