Pros

Gave fair salary in the market. Relatively convenient transportation.

Cons

Hard working people get paid much lower than those who only use lips to make up unfeasible goals that make the managers happy. 996 is usual and many people just stay in the office till late night without doing anything just for earning the OT money.
