Pros

4 days a week, 1.2 times the base package because you work nightly , given you love to work at nights, every weekend is a long weekend

Cons

triage, call center, trivial work, mostly young dudes are overqualified from prestigious universities, very strict about timing, even late minutes are counted, you are learning nothing unless you do something on your own if you have interest in networks, manager is more of a supervisor, because you can't really do anything as its all triage.
