Pros
i work with some of the nicest and smartest folks in the industry. work done here has an impact on the future of the web, and is done at a scale that is definitely uncommon. it's nice to be a part of the history, and to have a possible legacy with a world wide consumer audience. it's also nice to work for a company i don't have to spell to friends and relatives, or explain what the company does. foosball, volleyball, gym, life-balance considerations, and other perks are nice too.
Cons
my commute isn't the greatest, although the shuttle busses are nice.
