Pros

It's the number one site in the world. Your work is being viewed by millions of millions of people. Also, there are so many very very smart developer that it makes you pro. life wonderful. I also had an amazing time to innovate and think out of the box.

Cons

The Executive management team is not executing as it should. I wonder who they can let ceo like Terry Semel to preform to miserable and still get the amounts that he got. One after the other they just couldn't make the right decisions that will help this wonderful company in the battle against Google.

This place is too big, and so it is too hard to know what is happening all of the time in the company.
