      - People, best people I have worked so far, very talented and diverse bunch - During covid times, I have seen how well we have accommodated everyone's needs - Interesting engineering challenges, the scale at we do things keeps me learning every day

      Cons

      - There is still a bit of consolidation work after 3 years - We are trying to grow our teams but it's going slower than we want to
