As the largest landholder in New Haven, with an endowment that grew by over $11 billion in FY2021 alone, Yale consistently shirks their community responsibilities, failing to adequately invest in the city or in recruiting a workforce even marginally representative of rich diversity of the New Haven - Stamford metropolitan region.
